Creator Performance Analytics is a creator analytics application designed to help authorized users monitor the performance of their published TikTok content.
Information we access
After explicit authorization through TikTok, the application may access basic profile information and public video information permitted by the scopes granted by the user, including video identifiers, descriptions, publication information and public engagement metrics.
Information we access
After explicit authorization through TikTok, the application may access only the information permitted by the scopes granted by the user.
Through the user.info.basic scope, the application may access basic TikTok profile information required to identify the connected creator account.
Through the video.list scope, the application may access public information about videos published by the authorized creator, including:
- Video ID
- Video description
- Publication date and time
- Video duration
- View count
- Like count
- Comment count
- Share count
The application does not access private videos or any TikTok information that has not been explicitly authorized by the user.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate the creator, display the connected account, list authorized TikTok videos and provide analytics about content performance.
Authentication
Authentication is performed through TikTok OAuth. We do not request or store the user's TikTok password.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is not shared with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate the application or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Account and TikTok data are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the analytics service or until the user requests deletion.
Users may request deletion of their stored account data by contacting leandro.lavra@loy4biz.com.br.
Users may also revoke the application's access at any time through their TikTok account settings. After revocation or a valid deletion request, associated authentication credentials and stored account data will be deleted within a reasonable operational period, except where retention is required by law.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect credentials and application data. Access tokens are intended to be stored server-side and never exposed in client-side code.
